The HFS Engineering Process
HFS Engineering Services has, identified and targeted seven core areas in the cycle of a project.
Our teams have the resources and capabilities to satisfy the varying challenges these areas present.
Concept:
We have the experience and authority to work in tandem with system planning, or, receive directly, the development ideas, enabling our highly skilled design team to, either assist, or lead the concept stage in varying multi systems projects.
Feasibility, Scope and Solution:
HFS Engineering Services, working with clients, has the ability to expand and develop a basic concept into a group of viable options. Technical appraisal and project costing adds flexibility, assisting in meeting objectives, budgets and quality.
Definition:
By advising the selection of a technical, financial and operationally preferred option our team at HFS can submit a comprehensive project statement of requirements.
Detail Design:
Our design team has both, the experience and the expertise required for full detail design, covering equipment and materials specifications, installation drawings, and all documentation required to meet the scope, cost and schedule requirements associated with the project.
Construction
The HFS Engineering Services' construction and specialist engineering team have the resources and expertise to complete all the installation requirements including, project site management responsibilities, and any associated SAP requirements.
Commissioning and Testing
We, at HFS Engineering Services have a team of highly skilled, experienced and motivated commissioning engineers, armed with the expertise, authority and equipment to complete all commissioning and testing projects. We employ, in house NICEIC 2391 electrical test supervisors and engineers authorised, to issue all relevant mechanical and electrical test certification ( NICEIC, HVAC and Corgi etc )
Handover:
We have the capability to, produce final documentation packages including, C&M manuals and HSE files associated with major projects, as built drawing packages, and fully comprehensive commissioning records.
