Mechanical Engineering Services
Construction capabilities cover the following;
- Plumbing Services; Installation of soil and waste drainage Domestic hot and cold water services.
- Heating Installation; Installation of complete L.P.H.W. systems, including: pipe work, boilers, flues, radiators and radiant panels etc. Plant room heating installations including: boiler installation, flue, pumps, pressurisation units, inertia bases and installation of gas supply to boilers, by corgi registered engineers.
- Ventilation Installation: Complete systems installation, supply and extract, fresh and tempered air, as required by the project specification, and the installation of local extracting systems.
- Air conditioning Installation: Installation of V.R.V./ V.R.F. systems, individual A.C. split systems and condensers feeding Dx coils on A.H.Us.
- Piped Services: Installation of all conventional systems, including; copper capillary installation, welded and malleable steel fittings, installation of new systems such as Pressfit crimping systems etc.
- Testing and commissioning: Hydraulic testing of pipe work, air leakage testing of ductwork. Complete systems balance of all piped services, and complete commissioning of ventilation systems.
